Moses Lukoo is a seasoned ICT expert, having earned his Bachelor’s degree in ICT from the College of Business Education (CBE). His commitment to academic excellence was evident when he graduated as the Best Student at St. Joseph Institute of Business and Management in Morogoro during the 2015/2016 academic year, where he completed his Diploma Studies in ICT. Moses continues to make significant strides in the field of ICT, combining technical proficiency with strategic leadership to drive excellence in IT systems development, management and support.

With has an over a decade of professional experience and a proven track record. He served as an ICT Director with JATU PLC from April 2017 to May 1, 2022, contributing significantly to the organization’s technological advancements. Subsequently, he took on the role of a System Analyst at TACT from February 2023 to August 31, 2023, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in diverse IT environments. Currently, Moses is serving in the role of Head of ICT and Examination Officer at our prestigious Tanzania Institute of Project Management (TIPM). He is a Multi-skilled expert with a skill set that includes Systems Administration, Network Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair of Computer Hardware, Graphics Design, Multimedia, and Capacity Building through providing training on the usage of online systems.
