PROJECT, RISKS and CONTRACT MANAGEMENT FOR PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES This course offers ways to address and better understand the basic concepts of project management principles for Executives while reducing negative risk exposure to projects and enhance opportunities by using effective risk management. The objective is to strengthen strategic leader’s capacity to make project decisions. Also to gain skills to successfully negotiate a contract agreement and manage the resulting vendor relationship
